Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be conducted by the New Hampshire Housing in the Whitcomb Hall, 17-23 Main Street, Swanzey, New Hampshire 03446 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, with respect to a proposal for financing by New Hampshire Housing for a project known as Swanzey West. At this location, attendees will be required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing during the hearing. New Hampshire Housing intends to approve the use of up to $6,000,000 in Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) monies as part of the financing for the acquisition and construction of an 84-unit, multi-family, general occupancy, rental housing project located at 704 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey, New Hampshire. The sponsor of the proposed project is Avanru Development Group, Ltd, located in Walpole, New Hampshire.
New Hampshire Housing is the administrator of the Affordable Housing Fund pursuant to RSA 204-C:56-62 and has established rules (HFA 113) for the administration of the Affordable Housing Fund.
Written comments will be accepted for two business days following the public hearing and must be received by email, fax, or physical delivery no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 13, 2022.
